Before you write about delivery
Most orders arrive in 8 to 15 business days, with tracking on every order. Tracking can sit still for two or three days at the start without anything being wrong. Past 20 business days, write to us and we will resend or refund.
Before you write about health
We are happy to tell you exactly what the device does and how it feels. We cannot tell you whether it is right for a medical condition, or whether it is safe alongside a treatment you are having. That is a question for your doctor, and we will say so rather than guess.
